Solo Song Competition
“One of my favourite things is when I’m listening to a song and I find my own meaning in it that I can create my own relationship and bond with the song.”
~ Ed Droste
Music binds our soul, hearts and emotions. It is the best method of relaxation. It cheers the spirit and lightens the heart. In fact, through singing children learn to express their feelings and ideas. The students of Grade III– V participated in an Intra Class Solo Song Competition. Keeping the upcoming Republic Day in mind, the students sang patriotic and religious songs. The judges were our Principal, Ms. Neelu Sharma, Headmistress, Ms. Archana Panicker and our our music teacher, Mr. Anil Gupta. The contestants were judged on the basis of the songs selected, confidence and melody. The students were thrilled to showcase their singing talent and supported their competitors too by cheering for them throughout.
