Celebrating the Spirit of Janmashtami – Grade VIII-A

Grade VIII-A brought the magic of Janmashtami to life with a soulful assembly filled with devotion, joy, and the playful essence of Lord Krishna. Through heartfelt prayers, graceful dance performances, and a captivating skit, students portrayed the divine charm and timeless teachings of Krishna.

The highlight of the morning was the moving depiction of Krishna’s deep bond with his childhood friend Sudama. Their story beautifully reflected humility, love, and mutual respect, reminding us that true friendship is never defined by wealth or status, but by the purity of the heart.

The Principal, Mrs. Neelu Sharma, addressed the students, sharing the timeless wisdom of Lord Krishna’s teachings and wishing everyone a very Happy Janmashtami.

The performance left a lasting impression — showing that real connections are built on selflessness, forgiveness, acceptance, and unwavering devotion. Krishna and Sudama’s friendship stands as an eternal symbol of loyalty and unconditional support, enriching our lives far beyond material treasures.

This assembly was more than a festival celebration; it was a heartfelt reminder to cherish and nurture the relationships that bring us joy, trust, and meaning.
