"The preservation of freedom is not the task of soldiers alone. The whole nation has to be strong." – Lal Bahadur Shastri
Imperial Heritage School celebrated the 79th Independence Day with a stirring Special Assembly by Grades VII-A & B, radiating the spirit of freedom, unity, and national pride. The event began with the Tricolour being proudly unfurled by Principal Ms. Neelu Sharma, an inspiring moment that filled hearts with gratitude for the countless sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The National Anthem resonated across the grounds, binding everyone in a shared promise to uphold the ideals of our great nation.
Through soulful prayers, patriotic songs, powerful skits, and a spirited skit on Operation Sindoor, students reflected India’s courage, resilience, and the determination to protect its sovereignty. The program also featured a compelling dramatic portrayal of the Prime Minister’s address, echoing the hopes, dreams, and responsibilities of every citizen. The grand finale — a formation display on skates and wave boards — symbolized the unstoppable energy of India’s youth, carrying the torch of progress while staying rooted in values.
The celebration was more than a commemoration; it was a heartfelt reminder that patriotism is not just about remembering the past, but about building the future with unity, integrity, and purpose.
Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!
