"Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going." – Noam Shpancer
To mark World Mental Health Day, IHS students from Grades VI–VIII created inspiring collages, vision boards, and article displays emphasizing emotional well-being and self-care. Grades IX and XI participated in interactive discussions exploring the causes and remedies of mental stress. The initiative encouraged empathy, resilience, and awareness, reminding everyone that nurturing mental health is an ongoing journey that matters every single day.
