Our school recently organized an educational activity focused on Project Dolphin, a government initiative dedicated to the conservation and protection of dolphins in India’s rivers and coastal areas. The activity aimed to spread awareness among students about the importance of dolphins and how we can contribute to their protection.
As part of the activity, students created colorful posters and slogans about dolphin conservation. These were displayed in the school corridor to encourage more students and visitors to learn about Project Dolphin. We watched videos showing the dolphin’s habitat, their behavior, and the threats they face, such as pollution and habitat loss. Protect Dolphin pledge was taken in the assembly where they pledge to save dolphin.
The activity helped students understand the importance of wildlife conservation and inspired them to take small actions in their daily lives to protect aquatic life. It also strengthened the message of environmental responsibility in our school community.
