Grade VIII students participated in an engaging lab activity where they observed onion peel cells. They prepared a temporary slide of the onion peel and carefully examined plant cells under the microscope. In addition, students also observed a permanent slide of an animal cell, helping them understand the differences between plant and animal cells more clearly.
This hands-on experiment made learning enjoyable and sparked curiosity about science. Aligned with NCF and NEP, it was a wonderful example of experiential learning
