Safety is a shared responsibility, and preparedness makes all the difference.
Imperial Heritage School conducted a comprehensive Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Training & Mock Evacuation Drill for its Floor In-Charges, teachers, and Student Council Members, who together form an integral part of the school's Emergency Evacuation Team.
The enriching session was led by:
Dr. Tanushree Verma – DRM Expert
Mr. Indrajeet Singh – First Aid Trainer
Mr. Raja Sharma – Fire Safety Trainer
FROM- ZONE 4 DISASTER SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD
Through engaging demonstrations and hands-on activities, participants learned how to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies. The training covered evacuation procedures, fire safety, first aid, and casualty management, including the correct technique for safely lifting and transporting an injured person to an ambulance—a skill that could one day save a life.
Our Student Council Members actively trained alongside the teachers, learning their roles and responsibilities during emergencies and developing the confidence to act responsibly when every second counts.
At Imperial Heritage School, we don't just teach safety—we practise it, preparing our community to protect, support, and lead when it matters most.
Prepared minds. Skilled hands. Safer tomorrow.
