“From the Ashes of Hiroshima, Build a World Without War".
On Hiroshima Day, the students of Imperial Heritage School came together to reflect on the importance of peace, empathy, and global harmony.
Through meaningful classroom activities, our young learners expressed their hopes for a world free from violence—Grade V students crafted beautiful origami doves, Grades VI–VIII penned heartfelt letters to a child of Hiroshima, and Grades IX–XI engaged in a thought-provoking debate/Slogan Writing & Poster Making on the abolition of nuclear weapons.
These activities encouraged students to remember the lessons of history while fostering compassion, critical thinking, and a shared commitment to building a more peaceful future.
"Peace begins with understanding, and understanding begins with learning."
