A Woodland Wedding Full of Creativity!

Our talented Grade IV students took on the exciting role of “Woodland Wedding Planners” as part of a creative functional writing activity.

Putting their language skills and imagination to work, they designed beautiful, handmade invitation cards for the grand “Fox’s Wedding.” Each invitation included the essential details of a formal invitation—such as the date, time, and enchanting woodland venue—along with creative invitation lines and imaginative guest lists featuring their favourite forest animals.

With colourful illustrations, thoughtful details, and beautifully presented woodland scenes, these A4 masterpieces showcased the students’ ability to blend functional writing with creativity and imagination.

A wonderful learning experience that brought writing to life!
