Fractions Through Fun & Hands-On Learning in Grade IV!
Our young mathematicians of Grade IV explored the world of fractions through engaging, hands-on activities. Students solved fraction clue cards and matched them with their equivalent fractions, making the concept interactive and encouraging logical thinking and problem-solving. They further strengthened their understanding by using geoboards and rubber bands to create and represent different fractions, transforming an abstract concept into a visual and tangible learning experience.
Through these activities, students developed a deeper understanding of equivalent fractions, fraction representation, reasoning, and mathematical thinking—proving that when children learn by doing, mathematics becomes meaningful, enjoyable, and memorable!
